Welcome to the new TNStars client portal. If this is your first time logging into your account since our transition to the new TNStars experience on February 23, 2018, you must create a new username and password.

If you have multiple accounts, enter any one account number, your own SSN, and permanent address zip code.

If you were a TNStars client prior to February 23, your account number has changed, and your new account number has been mailed to you. You may use either your new account number (11 digits) or your old account number (7 digits) for website registration. Please enter your account number without spaces or dashes.
